Shipping and Returns Policy


As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number of the package. Orders are normally delivered in express shipping 2 business days. 

We currently ship in continental USA and Canada.  

Cancellation and modification of order

Delivery of orders is automatically synchronized with our warehouse as soon as an order is placed. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, it is therefore very important to contact us by email as soon as possible at so that we can make the change before shipping.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to make a return and request an exchange or refund.  

Exchange, refund and return

Orders returned within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged or fully refunded according to the original payment method. Refunds will be made as soon as the returned package is received in our warehouse. Please note that the time for exchanges may vary depending on the availability of the desired item in our inventory. 

Items must be returned undamaged, in the original box and bag. Return shipping costs are at the charge of the customers.
